1. State Project Specialist – Financial Management (SPS-FM)
Salary: ₹1,00,000 per month (Consolidated)
Essential Qualification:
- MBA (Finance) OR 2-year PGDBM/PGDBA (Finance)
- OR Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant / M.Com (Accountancy)
- Minimum 60% marks required.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field.
- Experience in Public Financial Management System (PFMS) is essential.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application (minimum 6 months).
- 1-year Diploma in Finance/Public Financial Management preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and consolidation of Annual Budget.
- Assist in Annual Action Plan (AAP).
- Implementation of SNA SPARSH.
- Ensure timely payments through PFMS.
- Maintain Financial Management System.
- Monthly & quarterly expenditure planning.
- Preparation of IUFRs.
- Internal & external audit compliance.
- Timely submission of progress reports and Utilization Certificates (UCs).
2. Senior Software Developer
Salary: ₹60,000 per month
Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech (IT/CS), BSc IT, MCA, M.Sc (IT/CS) with minimum 65% marks.
- Age not more than 40 years as on 01 January 2026.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in Software Development.
- At least 5 years in PHP & Laravel Framework.
- Experience in Flutter (added advantage).
Skills Required:
- SQL & NoSQL databases.
- Ajax, jQuery, MySQL.
